Jessica Lin

Co-Founder and General Partner at Work-Bench

Jessica is a Co-Founder and Partner at Work-Bench, focusing on investments in future of work and teams. Jessica previously was a Learning and Development Manager at Cisco Systems, where she worked with the Engineering organization on Agile transformation, innovation and culture. Jessica is a graduate of Harvard University and developed Harvard’s first aspirational design and experiential education summer fellowship program in Cape Town, South Africa & Paris, France.

Jessica is passionate about growing and supporting the women in enterprise tech community, launching our Navigate Women in Enterprise Tech Summit and our Founders of Enterprise Startups (Who Are Women) Database.

Jessica is actively involved with the education and workforce development community in New York City, as a longtime GED educator and previously as an advisor to LaGuardia Community College.

Jessica has spoken at conferences and events for Dreamforce, SAP, Gainsight, Columbia University, Kauffman Fellows, and has been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and more.

Jessica received a BA from Harvard University in Government and African Studies.
