Patricia Arcenas-Tope

Patricia Arcenas-Tope is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Work-Bench since February 2025, Patricia previously held the role of Executive Assistant to the CTO, General Counsel, and CISO at Own Company from January 2024 to February 2025. From November 2021 to October 2023, Patricia managed employee experience and business operations at Devron. Patricia's earlier career includes NY Office Management at Corvil from January 2017 to November 2021 and serving as Recruiting and Employee Development Manager at CS Technology from December 2009 to January 2017.
