Chip Gross

Chip Gross is currently the Managing Director at Work & Co, where Chip is responsible for the ground-up planning and launch of the new Atlanta product studio. With a background in managing director roles at BrightHouse, Hearst Autos, and SapientNitro, Chip has extensive experience in team growth, client relationships, and business development. Chip has also held leadership positions at AKQA, Razorfish, UPS, Interland, iXL, and IBM e-business Services National Practice, showcasing their expertise in digital product portfolio management, client services, business development, and interactive media consulting. Chip holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Management & Technology from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
