Michael Ciarlo is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and leadership. Currently serving as Group Design Director at Work & Co since February 2017, Ciarlo has held various design roles, including Design Director and Lead Designer. In parallel, Ciarlo is the CEO of Ciarlo Software, LLC, focusing on designing award-nominated applications such as Doo - Get Things Done. Prior experience includes directing product design at Code Climate and leading design teams at Postlight, Beatport, Readability, and Arc90. Ciarlo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interactive Digital Design from Quinnipiac University and has attended Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design.
