Francois Wilbers

Francois Wilbers is the Managing Director at Work Dynamics. Francois has over 20 years of experience in human resources and management.

Wilbers started their career in 1980 as an Assistant Director with the Commission for Administration. In this role, they were responsible for personnel systems development and investigations into occupational specific dispensations.

In 1988, Wilbers transitioned to Media 24, where they served as the Manager of Staff Procurement. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, selection, job grading, remuneration, and performance appraisal for staff.

Wilbers has been with Work Dynamics since 1992. In their current role as Managing Director, they are responsible for the overall management and operations of the company.

Francois Wilbers has a M.Com in Personnel Management from the University of Pretoria, a Matric from Voortrekker Hoogte Secondary School, and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Stellenbosch.
