Michael Stewart is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in HR and management consulting. Since March 2002, Michael has served as President of Work Effects, Inc., implementing a data-driven business philosophy centered on trust and organizational alignment. Concurrently, Michael has held the position of Managing Director at Creative Metrics, overseeing all aspects of a mid-sized consulting firm. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Consultant/Partner at Questar, Director of the OD Practice at Pearson, and Regional Manager at Allen and Associates, where Michael managed midwest outplacement services. Earlier in Michael's career, roles included Sales Manager at LaserMaster and Team Leader at T.H. Hunter. Michael holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in MIS and Organizational Communications from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
