Andrew L. has a diverse work experience in the field of athletic training. Andrew started their career as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Florida Athletic Association from July 2012 to June 2014. Andrew then worked as a Resident Assistant Athletic Trainer at Florida Gulf Coast University from July 2015 to May 2016. Following that, they joined Lynn University as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in August 2016. In this role, they provided medical coverage to various sports teams such as women's soccer, baseball, cross country/track, basketball, and swimming until August 2021. Most recently, Andrew L. has been working at Work-Fit since June 2021. Andrew initially served as an Athletic Trainer before being promoted to their current position as an Assistant Program Manager in September 2022.

Andrew L. has a comprehensive education history in the field of Athletic Training. Andrew obtained their Master's Degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology / Athletic Training from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Athletic Training/Trainer at The University of Connecticut from 2008 to 2012. Andrew had a solid foundation in high school, graduating from New Milford High School in 2008 with a High School Diploma.

Andrew became a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the Board of Certification/Accreditation in January 2020, and they obtained a license as an Athletic Trainer from the Florida Department of Health in September 2018.
