Work Forces is a mission-driven consulting practice that helps education and workforce leaders navigate the complicated intersection of work and learning. Our work spans the full project lifecycle: from data-driven landscape assessments and skills-based curriculum design to stakeholder facilitation and thought leadership. Recent clients include the American Society of Safety Professionals, the Rhode Island Life Science Hub, Northern Essex Community College, and Unmudl/Amazon.
 
Work Forces is led by partners Julian Alssid and Kaitlin LeMoine, nationally recognized strategists with decades of experience at the leading edge of workforce and education innovation. Julian and Kaitlin also co-host the Work Forces Podcast, where they explore the future of work and learning through conversations with practitioners, innovators, and policy leaders — sharing insights that inform their consulting work and contribute to the broader field.
