Erin Davis has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Erin has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career.

Erin began their career as an Athletic Trainer at Laguna Hills High School from August 2004 to May 2006. Erin then worked as a Registered Nurse at Straub Clinic and Hospital from December 2008 to August 2010.

In 2010, Erin joined Stanford Health Care as a Registered Nurse until April 2015. Erin then transitioned to Stanford University, where they served as a Nurse Practitioner from April 2015 to December 2021. During their time at Stanford University, Erin also took on the role of Manager of Clinic Operations from June 2019 to January 2021.

Erin became involved with CECRAOHN in January 2020, where they served as Treasurer.

Most recently, Erin joined Work Health Solutions in January 2021 as the Director of Occupational and Employee Health. Later, they were promoted to the role of Chief Clinical Officer in May 2022.

Erin Davis completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Long Beach, between the years 2000 and 2003. Erin then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at The Johns Hopkins University from 2006 to 2007. Erin later obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Nursing and Occupational Environmental Health from the University of California, San Francisco, between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, although the start and end years for this degree are not provided.

Erin has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including a Nurse Practitioner certification from Ancc in September 2015, a Registered Nursing License from the California Board of Registered Nursing in September 2007, a Certified Athletic Trainer certification from the National Athletic Trainers' Association in February 2004, and an Orthopedic Nurse Certification from Naon in May 2010.
