Leslie Wright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, consulting, and training within various nonprofit and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Owner of Wright St Clair LLC since December 2023 and as a Consultant at Work In Progress Consultants since February 2020, Leslie has previously held significant roles including Director of Programs at HFLA of Northeast Ohio and Ella Baker Trainer at the Children's Defense Fund. Throughout the tenure at the Children's Defense Fund, Leslie was involved in training Servant Leaders and managing projects related to the Freedom Schools program. Additional experiences include sales at Gap Inc., modeling at Re/Dress Inc., and dance instruction at Jammin Jellies, alongside a strong educational background with a BA in Theater from Hampton University.
