Katherine Miccoli

Katherine Miccoli has extensive experience in the retail industry, particularly in the field of merchandising. Katherine currently works as the VP of Merchandising at Work 'N Gear, where they promote merchandising innovation, establishes collaborations with key vendor accounts, and manages the product assortment, marketing, pricing, and promotions. Prior to this role, they were a Merchandise Manager at Talbots, where they provided strategic support to various apparel divisions, conducted analytical analysis, and supervised a team of six merchants. Katherine also held multiple roles at Talbots, including Senior Merchant, Merchant, Associate Merchant, and Assistant Merchant, where they were responsible for driving sales and profitability, leading cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development and selection of merchandise.

Katherine Miccoli pursued their higher education, starting in 2004 at Massasoit Community College, where they completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2006. Afterward, they joined Suffolk University in 2006, majoring in Marketing, and successfully graduated with a Bachelor's degree in 2009.
