Felix Nguyen-Dalton

Felix N. currently serves as the Community Programs Manager at Work on Climate, where leadership is provided for initiatives aimed at addressing climate change through an equitable workforce and community engagement. Previously, Felix held the role of Head of Community Culture for various content creators, managing a team of volunteer moderators while fostering inclusive online communities. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Executive Assistant at a non-profit organization, where time management and communication were optimized for executive leadership. As the Associate Director of Donor Engagement at Freedom for All Americans, Felix cultivated donor relationships and contributed to significant fundraising efforts. Earlier positions include roles in marketing and community management at Eddy Alexander and CoLab, respectively. Felix holds a Bachelor of Arts in New Media in Studio Art and Arts Administration from the University of Virginia.
