At Work Ready Collective, we believe every young person has unique strengths. Our mission is to empower them with confidence, resilience and essential workplace skills, ensuring everyone can thrive beyond education, grades and qualifications.

The human skills gap is widening, impacting engagement and adaptability.

By 2035, human skills will be the most essential across the labour market. The world of work is moving faster than the world of education.

Employers consistently report that graduates are not work-ready and young people feel it too. In the UK, 1 million jobs were advertised in 2019 and only 863k in 2025. Within that, graduate jobs have decreased 67% from 45k to 15k.

Students may have the qualifications, but lack the workplace confidence, human skills, adaptability and resilience as well as a professional mindset.
Education priorities academic achievement. We teach the human skills it doesn’t have time to cover, using our signature framework, the Nine Pillars of Work-Readiness.

Our Solution:
A scalable hybrid model:
 	Digital platform
 	Human-led workshops
 	Reflective tools
 	Practical, action-focused skill development

Partnering with:
 	Education
 	Employers
 	Training providers
 	Charities
 	Community organisations
