Tyler Gilmore

Tyler Gilmore has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Tyler began their career as an Intern Athletic Trainer with the Oakland Raiders in 2007, where they gained valuable experience working with the team's sports medicine staff. Tyler then worked as an ATC - Head High School Athletic Trainer at Physiotherapy Associates in 2008.

In 2009, Tyler joined PT Northwest as the Director of Clinical Operations & Community Relations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the physical rehab group and ensuring the delivery of high-quality rehab services. Tyler also worked closely with staff, referring providers, insurance companies, and communities to optimize operations and outcomes.

Tyler continued to advance in their career at PT Northwest and eventually became the VP of Operations in 2019. In this senior leadership role, they played a key role in driving company-wide operations and strategic initiatives. Tyler held this position until March 2021.

After leaving PT Northwest, Tyler joined Work Right NW in March 2021 as the Director of Operations. In this role, they contributed to the overall management and operational excellence of the organization. In January 2022, they were promoted to the Chief Operating Officer, where they continue to contribute their expertise and leadership.

Additionally, Tyler serves as a Board Member for Because International starting from 2022.

Tyler Gilmore completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Physical Therapy from Northwest Nazarene University, from the year 2002 to 2006. Tyler then pursued their Masters degree in Athletic Training from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, from 2006 to 2008.
