Iwona Szmitkowska

Iwona Szmitkowska is the Vicepresident of the Management Board at Work Service. Iwona has held this position since March 2019. Prior to that, they were the President at Work Service SA from October 2014 to January 2019. Iwona also served as the Vice President at Gi Group Poland SA from January 2021 to December 2021, and as the Vice President at Finance Care from November 2017 to December 2021. Additionally, they were the Prezes at Stowarzyszenie Agencji Zatrudnienia from January 2017 to December 2021 and the Przewodnicząca Platformy HR at Pracodawcy RP from March 2016 to January 2019. Her current position is their longest-held role to date, at just over two years.

Iwona Szmitkowska has a degree in business administration and management from IESE Business School and a master's degree in business administration from Centrum Francusko-Polskich Studiów w zakresie Zarządzania.

Their manager is Maciej Witucki, President of the Management Board. They work with Krzysztof Rewers - Vice-president of the Management Board, Paul Christodoulou - Vicepresident of the Management Board.
