Jodi McPherson

Jodi McPherson is the CEO and Co-Founder of Work Simplr, a pioneering freelance platform that focuses on an on-demand workforce model centered around students, which aims to streamline work processes for companies. In addition, Jodi serves as a Vistage Trusted Advisor, providing coaching and peer advisory services to small and midsize business leaders. With extensive experience in business strategy and product management, Jodi has held significant roles such as GTM Fractional at Piper Madison and Business Strategy Specialist at Central Mountain Small Business Development Center. Previous positions include VP of Product Strategy and User Experience at Pearson and Executive Marketing Manager at McGraw-Hill. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism from North Carolina State University and completed a User Experience Design Immersive Bootcamp at General Assembly.
