Josh Iverson has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2013 with Milestone Technologies, Inc. as a Customer Service Agent Tier 1. In 2020, Josh began working for Resident as an Operations Associate - Retail and Customer Service Advocate - Tier 2. Finally, in 2022, they began working for Work Truck Solutions as a Customer Success Manager, and Three Bird Nest as a Customer Service Representative.

Josh Iverson attended Butte College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Anthropology/Theirtory. Josh also has a certification in Developing Emotional Intelligence from Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack.
