Work Untangled is an organizational transformation consultancy built for mid-market companies that have outgrown their people infrastructure — or never had it to begin with.

We're not a firm that hands you a 60-page report and disappears. We work alongside your leadership team to diagnose what's actually breaking, design people systems that fit how you operate, and stay through implementation so change actually sticks.

Most of our engagements start with one specific problem — a culture crisis, a leadership gap, a performance system that isn't working, an HR function in freefall — and expand into something broader once the root causes become clear.

We work across five areas:
• Organizational diagnostics and culture assessment
• People process design and implementation
• Leadership and management development
• Employee and labor relations
• Fractional HR leadership

If your organization is growing faster than your people infrastructure can keep up, or something is clearly broken and you're not sure why — that's where we start.
