Laurent Molter

Laurent Molter has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Laurent is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Work With Data, a position they assumed in December 2021. Prior to this, Laurent worked at Criteo for almost a decade, starting as a Business Intelligence Analyst in November 2012 and later progressing to become EMEA Director, Analytics & Data Science. At Criteo, they also held the positions of Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics, and Manager, Data Science & Analytics. Laurent has also worked at ESCP Europe as the President of the startup incubator from September 2011 to September 2012. Additionally, they completed an internship at Airbus Helicopters as a Design Engineering Intern from March 2010 to August 2010.

Laurent Molter has a Master's degree in Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques, obtained from 2007 to 2010. Laurent also has a Specialized Master's degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from ESCP Business School, obtained in 2010-2011. Laurent completed an Exchange Program with a specialization in Technology & Economics at ETH Zürich from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their degrees, Laurent Molter has obtained a certification in "Tackling the Challenges of Big Data" from MIT Professional Education in 2015.
