Robert Martin

Robert Martin has worked in the software engineering field since 2011. Robert began their career at IBM as an Application Developer, where they specialized in Java development with primarily back-end with J2EE and SQL, Web Services and Integration as well as supporting technologies. In 2016, they moved to ReturnToWorkSA as a Software Engineer, where they did back-end java enterprise development, webservices and integration using MuleESB, and web app development front-end with Angular and Node.js. In 2019, they joined Sandstone Technology as a Technical Lead, where they were responsible for solution design and implementation of lending software for financial institutions, and managed the development team for projects. Robert is currently employed at WORK180 as a Staff Engineer.

Robert Martin obtained a dual degree in Information Technology and Business with a major in Economics from Flinders University between 2007 and 2010. Robert also obtained a Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020, an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2018, and an IBM Certified Associate Developer - Cúram V6 certification from the Professional Certification Program from IBM in February 2012.
