Nidhi Jain Gupta has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2020, they began working as a Product Solutions Manager for WorkApps Product Solutions. From 2015-2020, they worked for Hexamatics as a Business Development professional, where their responsibilities included customer liaison, pre/post sales activities, marketing activities, fee and contract negotiation, and developing a partner network. From 2013-2015, they worked for Beehive Software Services Pvt Ltd as Manager and Asst Manager of Business Development, where their responsibilities included evaluating competitive activity, promoting the company brand, developing strategic business plans, and conceptualizing and implementing strategies. From 2010-2013, they worked for ITISL Technologies as a Sales Executive and Pre-sales Executive, where their responsibilities included explaining concepts, giving product demos, understanding customization requirements, generating leads, and finding new expansions.

Nidhi Jain Gupta attended the University of Mumbai from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication. Nidhi then continued their studies at the University of Mumbai, completing an M.B.A. at the Atharva Institute of Business Management in 2010, majoring in Marketing.
