Brian Hayes

Brian Hayes has a strong background in UX research, with experience at notable companies such as Workato, Facebook, Dropbox, Amazon, Apple, JPMorgan Chase, and Microsoft. Brian'smost recent position was as a Senior UX Researcher at Workato. Prior to that, they worked at Facebook as a Facebook Strategy UXR and Facebook Creation UXR. At Dropbox, they held the role of UX Researcher, and at Amazon, they worked as a UX Researcher. Brian also has experience as a Human Factors Design Researcher at Apple. Earlier in their career, they were a User Researcher Associate at JPMorgan Chase and a Studio User Research Ops Moderator at Microsoft. Throughout their career, Brian has focused on enhancing user experiences and has been involved in strategic and tactical research efforts.

Brian Hayes completed their education at the University of Washington from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Computer Interaction. Prior to that, they attended South Puget Sound Community College from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained an AA and AS degree in Organic Chemistry.
