Colette Tay has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and events. Colette started their career as a Marketing Intern at Resorts World Sentosa in 2011. Colette then worked as a Marketing Manager at Klii- Mobile App in 2012. In 2014, they became a Sales & Marketing Executive at Eng Wah Global Pte Ltd, where they managed company-wide rebranding and forged business partnerships.

In 2015, Colette joined Galvanize as a Regional Marketing Coordinator, driving lead generation and nurturing campaigns. Colette then moved to Seagate Technology in 2016 as a Channel Marketing Specialist, developing relationships with ecosystem partners.

Colette joined Workato in 2017 as a Marketing Specialist, and later became the Head of Marketing- APAC at Brandwatch in 2018. In this role, they launched region-specific initiatives, developed go-to-market strategies, and established co-marketing initiatives with technology partners.

In 2019, Colette returned to Workato as the Head of Events & Field Marketing. Workato is an AI-based middleware platform that enables businesses to integrate apps and automate workflows. Colette's role involves organizing events and field marketing activities to support the company's mission of helping companies integrate and automate faster and at lower costs.

Colette Tay has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Prior to their degree program, they obtained a Diploma in Leisure and Resort Management from Temasek Polytechnic. Colette also has a certification in Google Analytics from Google.
