Dao Ly

Dao Ly, Esq., LCB, CIP, CUSECO, currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Workato since December 2021. Previously, Dao held the position of Commercial Corporate Counsel at Descartes Systems Group from June 2014 to November 2021 and worked as In House Counsel at Descartes CUSTOMS Info from October 2013 to June 2014. Dao's experience includes a role as Legal Fellow for Judge Bernards-Goodman at the Third District Court and a Law Clerk at Vincent & Rees. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctorate from BYU Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Financial Services from Westminster University. Additional legal experience includes positions as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University and as a Legal Extern at West Valley City Prosecutor's Office and Chapman and Cutler LLP.
