Gaby Moran currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO and VP of Customer Experience at Workato since February 2021, after holding the position of Director of Customer Experience at Permanent from March 2019 to April 2023. Prior to that, Gaby worked as Senior Manager of Business Operations at Tubular Labs and spent over six years at Medallia in various roles focused on customer experience strategy and insights consulting. Gaby's early career includes experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Kansas and an Internship with the City of Kansas City. Gaby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Sociology, French, and Business from The University of Kansas and has also participated in the Visiting Scholars program at Stanford University.
