Iliana Ishak

Iliana Ishak has a strong background in UI/UX design and user experience. Iliana is currently working as a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) at Workato since February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Product Designer (UI/UX) at Workato from March 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Workato, Iliana worked at CXA Group as a User Experience Designer from October 2019 to February 2020. Iliana also gained valuable experience at DBS Bank, where they served as a User Experience Designer (UI/UX) from January 2018 to September 2019.

Iliana's early work experiences include a Design Research Internship at Heist Design Collective in 2017, and a role as a Design Thinking Workshop Co-Facilitator at Emerge Creatives Design Thinking Training. During their time at Emerge Creatives Design Thinking Training, they co-facilitated workshops for both corporate and public participants.

Iliana also worked as a UI/UX, Experience and Packaging Freelance Designer at Fast and Safe Technology from August 2017 to October 2017. Additionally, they gained internships in Service and Experience Design at Monocoque in December 2015-January 2016, and in UI/UX Design at PHOTOGENIE in May-June 2014.

Iliana Ishak completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Product Design at the National University of Singapore from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, they attended ECAL - Ecole cantonale d'art de Lausanne for a short period of time, focusing on Industrial and Product Design. Prior to their university studies, they attended Raffles Institution from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained their GCE Singapore-Cambridge 'A' Levels. In addition, Iliana Ishak obtained a certification on "John Maeda on Design, Business, and Inclusion" from LinkedIn in August 2019.
