Jeanne Marzano

Jeanne Marzano has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Jeanne is currently working as a Finance Operations Manager at Workato since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at David Powell, Inc. as a Consultant/Corporate Controller from 2001 to February 2021. Jeanne'sresponsibilities included financial planning and analysis, management reporting, SEC reporting, Sarbanes Oxly implementation and testing, and financial system implementations. Jeanne also worked as a SOX Consultant at Leadis Technology from 2007 to 2009, where they documented the company's entity control environment and proposed remediation items to senior management. In the past, they served as the Corporate Controller at Nocpulse, Inc. from 2000 to 2001, where they managed the accounting and finance functions during the company's growth phase. Jeanne also held various roles at Exponent Failure Analysis Associates, including Corporate Accounting Manager and Revenue Accounting Manager, where they managed accounting functions, provided oversight for financial reporting, and reduced accounts receivable. Prior to that, they worked as an Accounting Manager at Next Computer, Inc. and as an Assistant Controller at Granada Computer Services. Jeanne began their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG.

Jeanne Marzano obtained their Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University. Jeanne completed their education at Santa Clara University from 1984 to 1988.
