Mark Anthony Talibsao

Mark Anthony Talibsao has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2014, they worked at Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. as a TAREG Building Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, they were responsible for managing building and equipment maintenance projects, including tasks such as telephony and LAN connection, electrical work, metal fabrication, carpentry, and painting. Mark Anthony also handled project planning, manpower deployment, monthly department reports, and budgeting and cost analysis.

In 2015, Talibsao joined IBM as an Outage Focal, providing technical support for Fluor Corp. clients. Their main responsibilities included handling high-severity tickets, coordinating with IBM and client resolver teams for outage issues, and ensuring swift investigation and resolution.

Mark Anthony later transitioned to become a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist at IBM, where they provided more in-depth technical support for Citibank clients across North America, Asia, EMEA, and LATAM regions. In 2019, Talibsao joined Workato as a Product Support Analyst, serving as the first line of customer support and providing technical assistance in resolving integration/automation issues or concerns. Mark Anthony prioritized customer needs and ensured their satisfaction.

Currently, since August 2020, Talibsao works at Workato as a Business System Analyst. Mark Anthony handles sales and marketing business use cases and technology concerns, enables business units to achieve their automation requirements, develops and implements process improvement projects, and works closely with other departments to provide guidance and support for addressing deliverables and other concerns.

Throughout their work experience, Talibsao has demonstrated their ability to handle technical support, manage maintenance projects, and provide effective customer service.

Mark Anthony Talibsao earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna. Mark Anthony attended the college from 2008 to 2014.
