Piotr Zwardoń

Piotr Zwardoń has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Piotr started their career at Pitney Bowes, where they worked as a Software Developer, Senior Software Developer, and Senior Consultant/Team Leader. During this time, they were involved in developing desktop and web applications, managing projects, and performing pre-sales activities. Piotr also had the opportunity to work abroad and improve their communication and technical skills.

Later, Piotr joined Northmill Bank, where they worked as a Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, and Product Manager. Piotr was responsible for bridging the gap between the product department in Stockholm and the development teams in Katowice. Piotr primarily worked on a new product written in .

After their stint at Northmill Bank, Piotr joined Ellie Mae as a Product Manager. Piotr acted as a liaison between the product department and development teams in Poland and the US. Their responsibilities included leading refinement meetings, preparing documentation, and creating user stories.

Piotr then joined Bitpanda as a Technical Product Owner, where they managed a team of backend, web, android, and iOS developers. Piotr closely collaborated with other product owners and teams to ensure smooth operations of the trading platform.

Most recently, Piotr started working at Workato as a Product Manager for their on-premise part. Piotr is responsible for the features related to on-prem agent functionality, owning the backlog and roadmap of the on-prem part.

Additionally, Piotr is also the owner of P2-SOFT, a company that provides software solutions for sport and activity clubs.

Piotr Zwardoń obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Piotr then went on to complete their Master's Degree in Computer Science at the same university from 2009 to 2011.
