Sunil Agrawal

Sunil Agrawal has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Sunil is currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Architecture and Business Intelligence at Workato since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Expert-in-residence at Rippleworks from 2019 to October 2021.

In 2021, Sunil also held the position of Senior Director of Customer and Market Intelligence at Albertsons Companies from April to September.

From 2012 to 2019, Sunil worked at Symantec as the Director of IT Data Services, overseeing the data strategy, governance, and roadmap of Symantec's EDW. Sunil also served as the data owner for the consumer business optimization program, leading a team of BI product managers and analysts.

Before that, Sunil was the Senior Director of Platform Engineering at Geeknet Media, responsible for platform engineering from September 2011 to March 2012.

From 2001 to 2011, Sunil worked at eBay, Inc., holding various roles such as Director of Product Development for Advertising Technology Solutions, Internet Marketing Solutions, and Direct Marketing Solutions. Sunil played a key role in leading data and engineering efforts for eBay's advertising and marketing businesses.

Earlier in their career, Sunil worked as a System Analyst at Xoriant Corp from 1999 to 2001, as a Sr Systems Executive at NIIT Technologies Limited from 1996 to 1999, and as a Software Engineer at Global Information Systems Technology Pvt. Ltd. from 1995 to 1996.

Sunil Agrawal attended North Maharashtra University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Before that, they attended Boys' High School in Allahabad. Besides their formal education, Sunil also obtained certifications in automation from Workato. In October 2021, they received certifications for Automation Pro I and Automation Pro II from Workato.
