Heather Sears has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Heather started their career in 2003 as a Client Services Manager at WattsWorth Analysis & Enerconnect, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, Heather worked at Portlands Energy Centre, first as an Energy Manager and later as a Commercial Manager. In 2013, they joined Ontario Power Generation as a Senior Manager of Corporate Business Development, and stayed there until 2014. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Market Services at Workbench Energy, a role they have been in since October 2015.
Heather Sears obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from McMaster University, completing their education before 1996.
