Andrew Cohen

Andrew Cohen is currently a Member at Entrepreneurs'​ Organization since October 2021. Previously, Andrew served as Co-Founder and CEO at Work Better Now since May 2018, focusing on building high-performance teams and developing talent attraction and retention programs. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Business Consultant, providing advising and training to small businesses and entrepreneurs. Additionally, Andrew has experience as a Business Advisor at Goldman Sachs and as a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Rod's Royal Treatment, LLC. Andrew holds a degree in Communications and Business Administration and Management from the University at Albany, SUNY.
