Vanessa Moore, BAA, CSP, currently serves as an Account Manager at Workbox Staffing, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of nearly 200 client accounts and pursuing new business through cold calling and trade show participation. Previously, Vanessa worked as a Recruiter, conducting candidate screenings and maintaining communication through the application process. Prior experience includes a role as an ERS Customer Service Representative at AAA-The Auto Club Group, where management of high-volume customer calls and resolution of customer issues were key tasks. Vanessa also interned at Adoption Options, a nonprofit adoption agency, focusing on marketing and fundraising efforts.
