Brian Paavola

Brian Paavola is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in staffing and personnel management. As a Founding Member of Furnace Street Distillery since December 2019, Brian has contributed to the growth of the company. In conjunction, Brian serves as Principal CEO and President of Workbox Staffing, recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies for three consecutive years, addressing staffing needs across Michigan, Indiana, South Carolina, and Georgia. Previously, Brian was the President of Phoenix Personnel, Inc., which grew to achieve $30 million in sales serving Michigan and Indiana. As Sales Manager at Employment Solutions, Brian consistently doubled sales annually for five years. Brian’s career began at Kmart Corporation as an Assistant Manager in the Midwest region. Brian holds an MBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University and a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from Lake Superior State University.
