Launched in January 2026, WorkBridge Placement Partners is a job placement firm built by the experienced, trusted team behind Deborah Kersten & Associates. We deliver individualized, results-driven job placement services that help injured workers throughout Minnesota return to meaningful employment.

While our name is new, our team, relationships, and commitment to quality remain the same. We value strong partnerships with Qualified Rehabilitation Consultants (QRCs) and stakeholders, working together to support positive return-to-work outcomes.

Our team brings a combined 75 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation and job placement, offering in-depth labor market knowledge, practical guidance, and a steady, client-centered approach. We work closely with individuals as part of their vocational rehabilitation plans, providing support throughout the job search and return-to-work process.

With broad insight across industries and occupations, and a close watch on labor market trends, we help clients pursue realistic, sustainable employment opportunities. At WorkBridge, we value clear communication, strong partnerships, and outcomes that support long-term success for both clients and employers.
