Gulbahar (Guly) Tokus has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting from 2006, Guly worked as a Credit Analyst at FFK Fon Finansal Kiralama AS (FONFK), specializing in credit analysis. In 2006, they also joined Asya Participation Bank as a System Analyst, where they conducted system and business analysis for corporational credit processes, tested credit systems and products, prepared reports and provided education and support for systems and products. Guly continued their role at Asya Participation Bank until 2011.

Gulbahar (Guly) Tokus obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various subjects. In 2018, they completed courses on Java, HTML Fundamentals, CSS Fundamentals, and SQL Fundamentals from SoloLearn. In 2021, they completed courses on Cucumber with Java and exploring service APIs through test automation from TestAutomationU. In 2022, they further enhanced their skills by obtaining certifications in Selenium 4 in Java from TestAutomationU. Gulbahar also completed courses on Web Services API-Step By Step Beginner Tutorial from Udemy in 2018 and Continuous Integration with Jenkins from TestAutomationU in 2021.
