Rachel Charlton

Rachel Charlton has over 10 years of experience in various roles in business development, marketing, and sales. Rachel is currently working at WorkCast as the Head of New Business & Marketing since May 2023. Prior to this, they held positions such as Head of New Business, Head of New Business (EMEA), Business Development Manager, and Business Development Executive at WorkCast from 2016 to 2023.

Before joining WorkCast, Rachel worked at Marriott Hotels as a Sales Executive from 2014 to 2016. Rachel also briefly served as a Sales Executive Task Force at Marriott Hotels in July-August 2016. Prior to that, they gained international experience as an International Intern/Guest Service Representative at White Lodging Services from 2013 to 2014.

Rachel started their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2011 to 2013.

Rachel Charlton attended St. Robert of Newminster Sixth Form College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Business, Economics, and English Language and Literature. Rachel then went on to the University of Sunderland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Management, graduating in 2013.
