Adam Godson

Adam Godson is an industry leader in talent acquisition technology, currently serving as GM at Workday, where they are creating conversational AI solutions for talent acquisition. They previously held positions at Paradox, including CEO and Chief Product Officer, and at Cielo, where they led innovative recruitment technology initiatives. Adam began their career in human resources at Generac Power Systems and has a background in HR management from their time at Infosoft Group. They earned an MBA from Marquette University and a BA in Management and Communication from Luther College.
