Aine Hart

Aine Hart is a seasoned psychologist with a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. Currently serving as a Principal Researcher at Workday, Aine has extensive experience in UX research and experience design, leveraging psychological principles to enhance product effectiveness across various industries. Over the years, Aine has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer and an associate adjunct lecturer, guiding the next generation of organisational psychology students. Passionate about integrating psychological methods with experience design, Aine has actively developed training programs and participated in conferences to advocate for innovative problem-solving.
