Dan Perkel

Dan Perkel is an experienced executive leader in UX research and design, currently serving as a Sr. Principal User Experience Researcher at The Walt Disney Company. Prior to this role, they led IDEO's Media & Technology business for North America, where they set overall strategy and developed expertise. With a PhD in Information Management and Systems from the University of California, Berkeley, Dan has significantly contributed to research in new media and digital learning. Their previous positions include Director of Design and Product Services at The Hive Group, where they oversaw product deployments for major clients.
