Ameka Kosmala

Ameka Kosmala is an experienced professional in digital solution consulting, currently serving as the EMEA Digital Solution Consulting Manager at Workday since 2018. In this role, Ameka leads a team dedicated to maximizing customer value from the Workday platform and enhancing business performance. Previous positions at Workday include Principal Field Innovation Strategy and Senior Field Innovation Strategist, where Ameka focused on developing strategic messaging and supporting sales engagements across various industries. Prior to Workday, Ameka worked at SAP SuccessFactors as a Presales Consultant, addressing customer HR challenges, and began with SAP as a Presales Associate after completing a career training program.
