Amy Keala

Amy Keala possesses extensive experience in organizational learning and development, currently serving as Director of Organizational Learning & Development at Workday since February 2019. Previously, Amy held various roles at Workday, including Sr. Manager and Manager of Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness Program Management, as well as Senior Learning & Development Specialist. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Center for Creative Leadership from April 2012 to February 2019 as Senior Project Manager, where Amy managed custom leadership development initiatives for major clients. Earlier career highlights include serving as Associate Director/Events Manager at the University of California, Berkeley from May 1998 to July 2004, overseeing event management for key university events and fundraising initiatives.
