Andrea Seidler

Andrea Seidler is a highly organized and collaborative professional with extensive experience in program and project management, particularly within HR and technology sectors. Andrea had a notable tenure at Flex from 2007 to 2016, where they served as Global Testing Manager, HR Project Lead, and HR Operations Manager, overseeing complex HRIS implementations and process improvements. Currently, as Principal Enablement Content Manager at Workday, Andrea leads initiatives to enhance customer adoption and streamline content management processes. Andrea is also pursuing a Master’s Degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services at Bowling Green State University, having previously earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Speech Communication with a minor in Professional Writing from Eastern Illinois University.
