Berkley Northnagel

Berkley Northnagel (Idel) is a seasoned marketing and design professional with a robust background in brand development and marketing strategy. Currently serving as Principal Art Director at Workday since June 2024, Berkley has previously held key roles such as Brand Expression Lead at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., where significant increases in brand awareness were achieved in 2023, and Director of Brand Marketing at RealSure, focusing on a revamped style guide and messaging system. Berkley has also excelled in leadership positions at Homepoint, including Senior Director of Marketing and Design Director, contributing to impactful product launches and a successful corporate rebrand. Early career experience includes freelance marketing and design roles, as well as positions at Workday where Berkley gained extensive experience leading large-scale events and branding initiatives.
