Carly Jassy serves as the Legal Director for ANZ Commercial at Workday and has held this position since October 2018, previously serving as Senior Legal Counsel in the same region. Carly's legal career includes roles at LOD - Lawyers On Demand, where senior legal counsel was the title from October 2014 to October 2018, and at Optus, where corporate counsel positions were held from October 2005 to May 2014. At Optus, Carly was involved in drafting and negotiating various agreements for telecommunications services, managing relationships with copyright societies, and advising on digital products. Carly began a legal career at Minter Ellison, focusing on construction contracts and intellectual property issues from August 2001 to October 2005. Carly holds a BA/LLB from UNSW and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
