Cengiz Ulusarac is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience strategy and operational planning. Currently serving as Senior Director of CX Strategy at Workday since October 2022, Cengiz focuses on driving strategic priorities in collaboration with executive leadership across various post-sales functions. Previous roles include Senior Director of Customer Solutions Strategy & Transformation at Tableau Software, where Cengiz led strategic operations for customer success and professional services. Cengiz has also held significant positions at Tableau as Senior Director of Partner Strategy and Programs, and at Hewlett-Packard, SAP, McAfee, and EMC, contributing to enterprise strategy, go-to-market planning, and sales operations.
