Connie Wilson has extensive experience in customer success management and advisory services, currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at Workday since November 2018. Prior to this role, Connie took a personal sabbatical and held various leadership positions at Grant Thornton LLP from 2004 to 2018, including Manager in Advisory Services and Director roles focused on strategy execution and industry development. Earlier career experience includes serving as Manager and Auditor at Arthur Andersen, where Connie was responsible for financial reporting, audit engagements, and managing significant assets. Connie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with honors from DePaul University and has further education from the Palladium Group.
