Dave Periard

Dave Periard is a Principal Data Scientist at Workday, with a strong background in industrial/organizational psychology and human factors. Previously, they served as a Senior Research Scientist at Amazon and held various academic roles, including a Tutor at Le Moyne College and a Proctor/Tutor at Morrisville State College. Dave earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Factors from Wright State University, where they also completed their M.S. in the same field. Their research interests include psychometrics, statistics, and contributing to the greater good.
