Drew Massey has extensive experience in customer success and account management, with a career spanning over a decade. Drew began as a Major Account Executive at The Weather Channel from January 2010 to December 2012, followed by a role as Regional Sales Director - East Coast at Internet Brands until October 2016. Subsequently, Drew served as Director of Customer Success at Spireon from October 2016 to June 2019. In the years that followed, Drew held positions as Sr. Manager of Customer Success at CareerBuilder from July 2019 to October 2020 and Sr. Manager of Artist Success at NEXT Music from September 2020 to March 2021.
