Gabe Horwitz

Gabe Horwitz is an experienced professional in data product and engineering, currently leading Paradox Data at Workday since 2025. Prior to this role, Gabe served at Paradox from December 2024 to November 2025, where efforts included leading the development of Agentic Conversational Analytics and managing data product and engineering post-acquisition by Workday. Gabe co-founded eqtble in January 2021, serving as Chief Product Officer, and achieved significant milestones, including raising funding from prominent investors and scaling the company to over $Xm ARR with a diverse customer base. Previous roles include Director of Data Product and Engineering at WeWork, where team building and IPO preparation were key responsibilities, and Data Science Manager at Johnson & Johnson, following a foundational history as a Data Scientist. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Product Management and Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School, a degree from Y Combinator as a Winter Batch 2021 alum, and a Bachelor of Science in Data Science from Drexel University.
